If you are in need of another promotion site, this one I have found to be extremely helpful: http://finance.groups.yahoo.com/group/Ecrater_sellers_Group/ It is free, you may list individual items or categories, and more!

Thank you for sharing the info on eCrater stores. I've made my way there and am creating my store now. And joined the ning eCrater network. People there have been very responsive and very helpful.

PNW, there are several friends that have wanted to get on the bandwagon of selling their goods. I always start with Ecrater, mostly because it is free and most of my sales are through Ecrater.

I hope you'll join this non-bidding form of selling. There are a couple of steps to get started, but once there, sit back and wait for sales.

As always, if you need assistance, drop by. If you need ways to promote for fee, drop me a note.

I'm not sure how to get back to eCrater store where I found an item I wanted to buy. Help? I don't get it, not a way to favorite or mark so as to make my way around when I do get back to eCrater. Is it a stand alone kind of store front?

PNW, I would say that ecrater is the way to go, I am sure there are others who could give reasons on the opposite position, but here is my spill about ecrater.
1. easy to use, one page listing
2. All products get sent to google
3. Attributes- keywords used to find your prodcuts
4. ESN- Ecrater Sellers Network here on ning.
5. The Owner, Admins, and Moderators: quick to answer questions, have a lot of background in marketing, promoting and selling.
6. The people who sell there and have connected in the network are willing to help, they give advice, help motivate, and are a online community and neighborhood that listens, we know when people have children, grandchildren, puppies...lol yes puppies....deaths, and surgery. You name it we are there for each other... I can honestly say, I have never gotten that kind of comradery any where else.
That is my humble opinion...if you choose ecrater, then you have a community backing you!

I'm new here, new everywhere it seems to the online sellers market. I spent a couple days looking over Bonanzle, and am now starting to look at ECrater. What, in your experienced opinons is a better option for one just starting out? Bonanzle looks fairly user friendly, but eCrater looks more established. Typically what I do is look around and then enter a few products to see what is offered, ie, guardian ware, pfaltzgraff. Not that I want or need these items, rather that I acquired many of them via the Bay about a decade ago.
